consultation
A 15-minute consultation allows you to explore your counseling needs and assess if this practice is right for you. Consultations are free. Not all consultations lead to ongoing treatment with the clinicians in this practice; you may choose or be referred to a different practice.
rates
Session rates range from $150 to $275, depending on the type (individual or couple) and length (45-90 minutes) of the service, as well as the therapist you choose. FSA and HSA cards can be used for tax-advantaged savings. All clients are asked to provide credit or debit card information electronically for service fees (copayments, deductibles, late or missed appointments), which will be charged at the beginning of each session; if applicable.
session times
Individual sessions typically last 45-50 minutes, while couples’ sessions may range from 50-90 minutes. Sessions generally occur once a week, though the frequency may vary based on your needs.

Frequently asked questions
We have a paperless intake process. After your phone consultation, you’ll receive an email with an intake form. The information you provide on the intake is extremely valuable, so it is crucial that you answer every question thoroughly and honestly. You will supply your demographic information, personal and family history, and sign important documents. Once your insurance is verified and all intake paperwork has been completed, you will receive a call, text, or email from the assigned therapist.
Our advice for someone contemplating treatment is to take one step at a time. Start with the consultation and go from there. . Thinking steps ahead often detracts from the present moment and prevents efforts to get help. Many clients find relief and a sense of security after their initial consultation, knowing they have a dedicated space for their personal growth.
